Janie Mozingo

Registration/Security Specialist

Mrs. Janie Mozingo is a prior police officer with St. Charles Police department and proud Eastern Missouri Police Academy graduate. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Missouri Baptist University.  Janie was born and raised in Kenya, Africa, and moved to the U.S. at 17. She now works as the EMPA Security Specialist where she is honored to serve and hopes to use her experience to support and assist whoever she can.
