Police Continuing Training

This course is for the would-be or newly promoted first-line supervisors but would be beneficial for any law enforcement professional in a supervisory position.   Expertise and experiences are shared from current first-line supervisors and administrators from the region.  

This course will help identify the role of the instructor and how to meet the learning style needs of students, the liabilities attached to the instructor role, teach attendees how to create and present a lesson plan, develop public speaking skills, and presentation construction, all while recognizing POST requirements.  This course benefits agency instructors and training coordinators.
