Officer Scott Guehne

Full-time Instructor

Officer Scott Guehne is currently employed with the Saint Charles City Police Department and is now detached as an Instructor with the Eastern Missouri Police Academy. With 21 years experience in law enforcement, he has had the honor of serving the communities of Franklin County and Saint Charles City. He has filled the role of Deputy Sheriff, Detective, and Police Officer. Officer Guehne advised on the Missouri Multi Disciplinary Team Best Practices Advisory Board during his time as a Detective with Franklin County Sheriff's Office. Officer Guehne served the specialty role as an “ID Officer” responsible with the processing of crime scenes with the Saint Charles Police Department. Officer Guehne is a veteran of the US Army and Operation Enduring Freedom where he served as an Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical NCO, as well as an assistant team leader of a Biological Reconnaissance (BIDS) team.
